Finally got around to sending an email to NW about my horrible flight cancellation in December... really was a pain, since my Sunday evening redeye from Phoenix was cancelled, and Ellen was on her way to Atlanta. My backup plans worked out... but, it was the worst possible timing for a flight cancellation. NW will be crediting me 19,000 miles {? don't know where they came up with that amount] for my troubles.
